But even in the heyday of "Human Factors", and Multi-attribute Utility functions, we still had major Horse and Rabbit Stew problems, i.e., how many Life Quality, Environmental Impacts, and Socioecological rabbits, does one need to add to offset the taste of Economic horses. Plus, technologies are now part of the Wall Street/Silicon Valley Unicorn farm (with valuations beyond the pale and at least half a decade before cash flow) and societal consequences be damned.
