Another great essay Umair. But there is a plan, not very coherent, nor even rational but it draws upon the organizational principles of feudalism. The rich will have their fortified compounds in less climate precarious zones and the serfs will service them. Much like a feudal war lord society with much better social credit systems and digital defenses. It is doomed to fail, but that is what the elite desire, so we will try it for awhile. SERFS UP!!!!
