Good commentary. However, you seem to ignore the fact that central bankers are not public agents per se'. They serve the the rentier class and global banking cartels (i.e., financial overlords). The US Federal Reserve (the world's central banker) is not much more governmental that the Federal Express. Our governmental institutions are so neofuedal, we fail to recognize the bankers irresponsible autonomy.
