Good guide. But can you imagine the global conflicts when and if GE manages to cool major portions of the planet, even those that do not want to be cooler (not to mention giving countries someone to blame for their weather). Most of the models I have seen suggest that cooler does not necessarily mean less dramatic climate change overall. But mostly it gives us a big excuse to blow off our dependency with finite fossil fuels till it is too late to do anything sane.
