Very good observations Lynn. Business Ethics, however, is pretty much an oxymoron and elaborate values statements are hogwash. Nevertheless, each and every firm is chartered to operate (mostly in Delaware, where the rules are lax), but even then they could have their charters lifted for clear violations (but virtually none are). Write your Congressperson.
