Good points Tessa. Generally speaking, I have to agree with Gore Vidal, who said, The United States has only ONE party, The Property Party and it has two wings, Republican and Democratic". But in this particular era, I think that it is mostly the RIGHT that wants to completely stop playing by the rules of the game (as set forth in the Constitution) and maintains that your environmental concerns are a hoax. I have called down a plague on both extremes, but the coming election we really do need to pick the lesser of the two evils, or we won't have the chance again to curb either one, let alone spur anyone on to dealing with our global ecological crises.
