Great discussion Mike. I too wonder why the media knowingly amplifies so much fear and hate. Maybe it is that mayhem creates ratings, but with Trump it is something worse. Fueling fascination with fascism is the part of their stock and trade, it bottles up are worse demons and sells them back to us. Recall how Hitler was the Times Magazine Man of the Year.
