But given the tiny bit of media coverage of this theory from a couple conservative scholars, it may or may not lead to states excluding him from their ballets, and who knows what SCOTUS would do. Not to mention what Trumps goons would do to state officials. Someone official needs to be pursuing this way ahead of the primaries. Everyone should have written their attorney generals weeks ago.
