Great essay Fay. However, our clearly corrupt SCOTUS is part of a far-right long game (Federalist Society, etc.) and they were bought and paid for long ago. They are likely to make decisions that will live in infamy along-side Dred Scott, Bush v. Gore, and Citizens United. But there is not a bloodly thing we can do about it now.
