Great essay Paul. We are right on the verge of witnessing the first trillionaires. There is nothing an individual could do to legally to claim this wealth, even under capitalism. The average American has no concept how much concentration of wealth this actually signifies. They are also oblivious how policies were directed to facilitate this much raping and pillaging. Keynes called for policies that with "euthanize the rentier", but policy makers decided on policies that would euthanize (and/or obliviate) the rest of us. Aided by Neofeudal economists, they rigged the system beyond belief.
