He is one lucky SOB, but we are all fortunate that he was not killed. Fighting a live goon with lots of legal problems, etc. (despite his hand picked SCOTUS) is better than fighting a dead martyr. Plus, no one should accept the level of violence in America, this is not how we choose our leaders (the last one above ground).
