Democracy means you accept that their will be tons of things that government does that you hate but tolerate. When did we become a nation of whinny little bitches who blame the government for their failings, or expect the government to correct every irritation . Sure things are corrupt, but historically certain eras have been much corrupt. And democracy (weak and hobbled as it is), and the rule of law, are our only changes to ameliorate things. Don't encourage folks to cast out the baby with the wash water. It you think things are intolerable now, just wait to see Full Frontal Fascism and have no recourse.
