Indeed, Martin. But the cool aid is not for them. Obviously unleashing chaos is the crux of their plan. Like the Grand Inquisitor says, everyone will give up their freedom for a few more crumbs of bread, once the shit it the fan (and the GOP will provide both). Their party does not work anymore, so why not just destroy it and take the entire country with it. Then they won't even need a party, with democracy just a faint memory.
