Indeed Mike, excellent discussion. But as Kuhn reported science does not really work that way, especially economics which isn't even really a science. As Max Plank observed science changes slowly one funeral at a time. And societal science is confounded by the voodoo of economics. Not to mention assholes like Trump who say climate change is a liberal hoax.
