Lynn: You are probably not wrong about the inherent morality. Several studies have shown that the naked ape would never have made it if s/he were as purely self-interested as the economic models merely assume. But we now have a couple of centuries of serious brainwashing to overcome, and a media that fuels fear and hate. We need more pollyannas to help us learn how to be human again.
