Treatments for his type are rarely successful, and as you say the business world actually rewards many of these personality types. That is why we once tried to regulate corporate behavior and prevented them from dominating elections.

But, your point is well taken.

I am more concerned with his followers and their valid feelings of being disrespected. A better organized sociopath is waiting in the wings to channel their discontent to his own ends.
